How to place an order?

1. Choose your collection and set up your watch

• Enter the collection you like best.
• Choose your favorite model from that collection.
• Personalize your watch:
  • Choose the box size
  • Decide if you want the machinery visible.
  • Add or remove premium rotor
• You will always see the updated price according to the options you select.

2. Purchase confirmation and order number

Once you complete the payment, you will automatically receive an email with:

• Your purchase confirmation
• The order receipt or proof of purchase
• Your order number in the format #11111
• Tracking number (when available)

Save that email: it's the main reference for your purchase.

3. Shipping and notification

As soon as we ship your watch, you will receive another email notification with:

• Shipping confirmation
• Package tracking link

This way you can see where your watch is at all times.

4. Production and shipping times

Each watch is assembled to order.

• Assembly: We normally require 3 to 7 working days to assemble your watch.
• Shipping: Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 4 and 8 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination country.

In total, the entire process usually takes approximately 7 to 15 business days.
