What is a Seiko Mod?

A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality aftermarket parts, usually made of 316L stainless steel.

It starts with a Seiko base or compatible components and customizes different parts of the watch (dial, hands, bezel, crystal, strap, etc.) to create a unique piece, while maintaining the reliability of the Japanese movement.

It's the perfect way to own a high-end aesthetic watch, made to your liking, without paying the price of a luxury brand.

What can be customized on a Seiko Mod?

In a Seiko Mod, various components can be modified to achieve exactly the style you're looking for:

  • Sphere: solid colors, gradients, textures, classic or sporty styles.
  • Hands: different shapes, lengths and finishes to match the dial.
  • Bezel: plain, diver type, with ceramic insert, steel, special colors, etc.
  • Glass: flat or curved, with different finishes and anti-reflective treatments.
  • Back: closed or with a visible bottom to enjoy the movement.
  • Visible machinery and premium rotor: upgraded rotor option and extra aesthetic components.
