What is a Seiko Mod?

A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality aftermarket parts, usually made of 316L stainless steel.

Can I adjust the strap size?

Of course. Before making your payment, you can leave your wrist diameter in the order details section so we can adjust it.

What movements do you use?

We use Seiko automatic movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64 and VK61.

Globally recognized, these movements guarantee flawless operation to keep up with your daily rhythm.

Does it come with any kind of warranty?

Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects, particularly in the movement, to ensure optimal performance.

If you experience any functionality issues or other problems, please contact us.

Can I remove the Seiko logo?

Of course! Simply add the desired watch to your cart and include a note in the cart section that says: "No Seiko logo." We'll take care of the rest.

I like a watch, but I want a different strap/face.

We can create a 100% personalized piece for you. Just contact us via WhatsApp and we'll explore the possibilities together. You'll receive a response within 24 hours.

Where are watches assembled?

We assemble as many watches as possible in Seville, but to reduce waiting times for our customers, we may use partner workshops in other cities in Spain. Some custom watches may be assembled outside the country because certain workshops do not sell their parts individually. In such cases, you will be notified before your watch is assembled.

Are you affiliated with Seiko?

No, under no circumstances.

We use genuine Seiko automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with parts customized exclusively for each customer.

Can I customize my own watch?

Absolutely! We're committed to making your dream watch a reality. Personalize every detail, from the dial and hands to the case and strap, to create a timepiece that perfectly matches your style.

Are they water resistant?

Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM, meaning they are designed to withstand everyday water use, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.

Several factors can affect water resistance, such as a poorly screwed-on crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.

Finally, please note that any markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual water resistance level of the watches.

I can't find the watch you're looking for.

Given the thousands of possible combinations, we can't display them all on our website. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the model you're interested in, and we'll assemble it as a custom order exclusively for you.

Shipping and Returns

Below you will find some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping time

We typically require 3 to 7 business days to assemble your watch. After that, shipping times can vary between 4 and 8 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination country.

In total, the process usually takes around 7 to 15 business days. Please note that custom watches may require an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €150. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Will I have to pay import taxes in my country?

No, you won't find any additional charges. We cover all import taxes and duties, guaranteeing a hassle-free delivery experience.

The price you see is the total you will pay, with no surprise delivery charges.

How can I track my order?

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order until it arrives.

Below you will find some frequently asked questions about orders.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as your order is placed. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us by email to check if there was a problem with your order.

Before contacting us, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as the confirmation may have been redirected there.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a short period between placing your order and beginning its processing. If you contact us by email immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be in processing or shipping, but you still have the option to return it once it has been delivered.

Can I exchange or return my watch?

You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

We also offer free replacements if there is a problem with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.

Please note that this policy does not apply to personalized watches.
